Indicates where eScience Certificates are accepted.

The main user of UK e-Science digital certificates is the National Grid Service

Many sites, including York, are members of the National Grid Service and as such are set up to accept e-Science certificates as a method of identification. Although authorisation may be an entirely seperate process. For more information please read the NGS web pages which contain extensive information on how to gain access.

Other sites / projects may well also accept UK e-Science certificates.
